Hei David,
As an art student in Santiago, who had to go to many art galleries, I had tell you the best street for your studio would be Alonso de Cordova, Vitacura, although it could be expensive. For further research visit the Vitacura website
http://www.vitacura.cl/index.php, and press "cultura." If you need an asistent or can offer a job in your gallery, I had be interested, so please submit such a message.
